機器連接電調后，完成板材擺放及對刀，將之前設計拆標軟件制作的代碼用U盤導入機器，數控切割機自動開料、開槽、打孔，完成后推入卸料臺，操作員完成貼標過程。

將貼好標簽的板材在切割機上切割下來，并按照標簽指令輸送到封邊機上完成封邊工序。

封邊機完成后，板材輸送到側孔機，按照標簽指示完成側孔加工，接下來就可以配備五金件組裝搖椅了。
